A global Approach to Local Cuisine.

After seeing the need for a restaurant in Brewster, MA with a diverse menu and an approachable atmosphere, Edgar and Blanca Montero Calle opened Island Blue Crab in 2018. Since then, we have become known for an expansive menu that ranges from fresh, local seafood expertly prepared, to house-made pastas and globally inspired specialties such as Molcajete, a traditional Mexican dish with steak, chicken, shrimp, and linguica in a smoky sauce of roasted tomatoes and chilies.

Our menu also includes fried seafood, always a Cape Cod favorite, an extensive array of appetizers, and a selection of chicken, veal and beef dishes certain to please every palate. Attentive service, creative craft cocktails, and fun, eclectic décor round out the superlative experience that is Island Blue Crab.
